Blausee
Blausee is a small lake in the Kander valley above Kandergrund at 887 m. The water is bluwish even green. It is becoming a tourist attraction with a looot of publicity. as a consequence it is flooded by tourist. full buses to see this nice little lake.
I believe that Switzerland has a lot of lake that are similar and even more beautiful so I was a bit disappointed.
What make it interesting is the hotel/restaurant at that lake and all the lights they installed. That gives the lake a very special feeling at night and specially during the winter days when it is snowing.
During my visit, the weather was cloudy and the light conditions difficult. I have to admit that I was expecting snow, but it was too hot and therefore it was more an fall shot.
Because of the low light I had to change the ISO to 250 (should probably have used a tripod to extend the shutter speed.)

Lakes
Water, oceans, seas and lakes.
Having the opportunity to live in the Leman area, it is a pleasure to visit, swim and paddle on it.
Switzerland count thousands of lakes and as many explorations and adventures. You have the big lakes such as the Leman, lake of Neuchatel or the one in Zurich or Interlaken.
Other lake and maybe the most mysterious ones, are the smaller mountain lakes. Some of them have incredibly bluish color. Other are darker.
Finally, there are the artificial lake, created by dams. These as well can be impressive specially because they are high in the mountains.
It is a pleasure to look on the map and then to go and discover the place.
