Nicosia is the largest city, capital, and seat of government of Cyprus. It is located near the centre of the Mesaoria plain, on the banks of the River Pedieos. When walking in this city you feel the history unfolding. You feel that the city is growing and developing with super modern buildings at one side and the precious heritage at the other side. the city walls and the numerous churches are just the tip of the iceberg.
