About the shot
The Generali Tower on Avenue Louise has an interesting feature.
It was a grey day, not unusual in Brussels. The choice of the black and white has been made to enhance the contract and also compensate the natural light conditions.
No tripod available at the time so the shot was made using high ISO. This is not an ideal condition for this kind of pictures and I will not recommend it.
Even with noise reduction post processing, the resulting picture is still noisy.
