Light Polution

About the shot

In the countryside at night we can appreciate the light polution even from small villages

It was a clear summer night. No clouds. So in theory the conditions should be perfect. This was my first attempt to photograph stars. The idea was to capture the stars as sharp as possible. So exposure shouldn't pass 25 to 30 seconds to make sure we don't have the star trails from the earth rotation.
fstop 4.0 to try to reduce the exposure time under 25 sec. I tried different ISO settings starting from ISO 100 but didn't manage the shot. Too dark ... ISO 800 worked.
I also tried to find a darkest place in the countryside to take the shot.
The villages located a few miles from the place and behind the treeline were shining.
